The color endpoint is indicated as the INTRUSION OF A PINKISH TINGE AFTER THE INITIAL REDDISH COLOR OF THE WINE HAS BEEN COMPLETELY REPLACED BY GREEN, BROWN OR GREY.

If using a pH meter, this color endpoint is pH 8.2.
